As you know we are currently experiencing an unprecedented situation with COVID-19 (Coronavirus).

We want to encourage everyone to help stop the spread. 

The World Heath Organisation have advised that you:

• Wash your hands frequently with soap and water or use an alcohol based hand rub.
• Maintain social distancing.
• Avoid touching the eyes, nose and mouth.
• If you start to display symptoms which include cough, fever and shortness of breath seek medical attention, however call in advance.

We know that in some areas a lockdown has been enforced. It is very important to listen to the advice of the authorities in your area.

We would like to encourage you to be kind during this time. Help those who are vulnerable. This can include checking in on those who are affected and sharing information form reputable sources.

We would also like to use this opportunity to thank all the doctors, nurses, food providers and many other key workers who are working tirelessly at this time to keep us safe. Help them by following the instructions of your local authorities.
