If you receive a ring watch that is damaged or defective on arrival, email us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the order. The ring watch must be unused, the crown stopper must still be in place, and the packaging and all the components within the package should be in its original condition.
Email us with your order number and the word "Damage" in the subject. Let us know what has happened and provide evidence of damage. We will approve your exchange or refund and send you a return address. When sending the parcel make sure to include within it your name and the address for your next parcel. You are responsible for returning the parcel and the associated cost. It must be sent via a tracked and signed service after your exchange has been approved.
We will inspect the watch prior to processing your exchange or refund which could take 5 working days. We will refund you the cost of delivery after.
