We know you will value your ring watch. However if for any reason you would like a refund for your purchase please email us at precieuxsupreme@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving you order.The ring watch must be unused, the crown stopper must still be in place, and the packaging and all the components within the package should be in its original condition.

Email us including your order number and the word "refund" in the subject. Let us know what you would like a refund for and why. We will approve your refund and send you a return address. When sending the parcel make sure to include within it your name and address. You are responsible for returning the parcel and the associated cost. It must be sent via a tracked and signed service.

We will inspect the watch prior to processing your refund which could take up to 5 working days.
