If on receiving you ring watch you prefer another model an exchange can be done. However, an exchange must occur within 7 days of receiving the order. The ring watch must be unused, the crown stopper must still be in place, and the packaging and all the components within the package should be in its original condition.

Email us with your order number an the word "exchange" in the subject at precieuxsupreme@gmail.com. Let us know what you would like to exchange and why. We will approve your exchange and send you a return address. When sending the parcel make sure to include within it your name and the address for your next parcel. You are responsible for returning the parcel and the associated cost. It must be sent via a tracked and signed service after your exchange has been approved.

We will inspect the ring watch prior to processing your exchange which could take 5 working days.
